DES:djk 0?/20/95 (098/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 3/27/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12440 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 91-1 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11798 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br />91-1 (3218 Oak Knoll Drive) in the City of Redwood City, prepared <br />by Horizon Survey and Land Development, Land Surveyor, for Weslan <br />Development, Inc., a California corporation, the owner of record <br />of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer <br />as conforming to the tentative parcel map for said subdivision, <br />is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> No. 91-1", (form dated 03/20/95) wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br /> <br /> <br />
