That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br />of Parcel Map No. 91-1", (form dated 03/20/95), a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4. Resolution No. 11798 entitled, "Resolution Approving <br />and Accepting Parcel Map No. 91-1 Subject to Certain Conditions; <br />Approving and Adopting Plans and Specifications for Improvement <br />Thereof; and Approving and Authorizing Execution of Agreement for <br />the Construction of Improvements for Said Subdivision", adopted <br />August 3, 1992, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> <br />
