Fire apparatus access roads shall have an unobstructed width of <br />not less than 20 feet, exclusive f shoulders. <br />23. Dead-end fire apparatus access roads in excess of 150 feet in <br />length shall be provided with an approved area for turning, per the R edwood City <br />Fire Department. <br />24. Airg ' facility, specifically outside storage of all gases, will comply <br />with California Fire Code and National Fire Protection Association NFPA <br />Standard 55, for compressed gases and cryogenic fluids. <br />25. The concrete pad from the liquid oxygen tank shall be sloped <br />towards the tank in accordance Frith the National Fire Protection Association <br />(NFPA), Standard 55. The pavement of the fill side of the liquid oxygen tank <br />shell not be pawed with asphalt pawing material. The pavement shall be at least <br />ten feet by t weIve feet 10' x 12').. <br />2. The walls of the building adjacent to the liquid oxygen tank shall be <br />of anon- combustible material. <br />27. The indoor storage of gases shall meet the requirements of the <br />International Building Code including without limitation Chapters 27, 30 35, 37, <br />3, and 40. <br />2. Visible hazard identification signs as specified in NFPA 704 for the <br />specific materials contained shall be placed on stationary aboveground tanks and <br />at entrances to the facility where hazardous materials are stored, dispensed, <br />used or handled in quantities requiring a fire permit. <br />29. A key box of sufficient size shall be installed at the entrances to the <br />building at both the front and rear to provide immediate access for life-saving or <br />firefighting purposes. These key bones shall contain sufficient numbers of keys to <br />allo w access to all parts of the building as well as the fire protection equipment <br />and systems.
