A typical way to obtain the <br /> knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> Exaerience: <br /> Four years of increasingly responsible experience and demonstrated <br /> proficiency in economic or community development, including two <br /> years of supervisory experience. <br /> Traininq: <br /> Equivalent to a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or <br /> university with major course work in economics, business <br /> administration, public policy, public administration, or related field. A <br /> Master's degree in a related field is desirable. <br />
