DES:djk n~/13/95 (095/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 3/27/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12438 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER FUEL TANKS AND DISPENSERS <br /> PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Municipal Services <br /> Center Fuel Tanks and Dispensers Project, Redwood City, <br /> California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for the Municipal Services Center Fuel Tanks and <br /> Dispensers - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br /> Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br /> of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
