That certain agreement entitled <br />Agreement Between the Redevelopment Agency of the city <br />of Redwood City and the Midpenin ula Regional Open <br />Space Distract Covering Tax Increment f rom Amendment <br />No , 2 of R City R Pro No, ; <br />hereby is approved, and the Ex ecutive Director and the S ecretary <br />are directed to execute and attest the agreement. <br />2, This Agency's approval of said agreement is based on <br />the Agency's finding, which finding is supported by the <br />substantial evidence to such effect set forth in the Report o <br />the Fiscal Review Committee to this Agency received November~ 13, <br />1989, which evidence is incorporated in this resolution by thi <br />reference, that the provision for tax increment f inancing ire the <br />Second Amendment will cause a financial burden or detriment to <br />the Midpeninsula Regional open Space District and that the <br />payments are necessary to alleviate such f inancial burden o r <br />detriment. <br />
