_� �� _ _ . _- _ _ _ . _ . . <br /> 2012-040809 CONF <br /> ' i County <br /> I 2:20 pm 03127H2 AG Fee: NO FEE <br /> Count of pages 18 <br /> AGREEMENT I Recorded in Official Records <br /> � County of San Mateo <br /> FOR Mark Church <br /> i Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF �, III I II II III III II I I I I I II I II <br /> 333 MAIN STREET � s ^ ^ � � � � <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this �� day of �, <br /> 2012, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and 333 Main Street RWC, LLC, a <br /> Delaware Limited Liability Company ("Owner"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Owner is engaged in subdividing for residential purposes and <br /> developing certain property under the designation of Final Map of 333 Main Street, <br /> situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the final map conforms to the <br /> tentative map for the proposed subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, Owner has requested that the final map be approved prior to the <br /> construction and completion of the public improvements, including all public utility <br /> facilities which are a part of, or appurtenant to, the abovementioned subdivision, which ' <br /> improvements are to be constructed in accordance with, and as required by, the plans, <br /> specifications and details hereinafter described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory pertormance by Owner of <br /> Owner's obligations as required by the Conditions of approval for the tentative map for <br /> said subdivision and by Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the <br /> subdivision regulations of said City, and in consideration of the approval of the final map <br /> (including the dedication of easements contained therein) for the subdivision, and in <br /> ATTY/AGR/2072.014/SUBDNISION IIMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT 333 MAIN STREET <br /> REV:VR 01l30It2 � <br /> �Page t of 14 <br />
