Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California; <br /> <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed is the five (5) timber observation <br />decks and one timber/concrete boardwalk in and around the Redwood Shores Areas <br />east of Shearwater Parkway to the eastern edge of Redwood Shores. <br /> <br />That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Areas east of Shearwater Parkway extending to the eastern <br />edge of Redwood Shores. <br /> <br />That the name of the original contractor for the aforesaid public work is: <br /> <br />Waring Construction, Inc. <br />500 Howland Street #3 <br />Redwppd Cotu.
