BOX 391 <br />.1017 MIDDlEFIELD ROAD <br />REDWOOD CITY, CA 94064 RES <br /> <br /> DES:djk '2/28/95 (066/39) <br />coPY 3/27/95 <br />0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12436 <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4318 AND <br />ABANDONING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES ESTABLISHED THEREBY ON <br />VALOTA ROAD FROM REDWOOD AVENUE TO WOODSIDE ROAD <br /> <br />,~ <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 47.13 of Ordinance No. <br /> <br />1130 <br /> <br />("the Zoning Ordinance"), any official plan line may be abandoned <br /> <br />by resolution of the Council without notice or hearing; and <br /> <br />~vHEREAS, the Planning CoI"'..mi s s ion 0 f the City 0 f Redwood City <br /> <br />has recommended that this Council abandon plan lines established <br /> <br />by Resolution No. <br /> <br />4318 on Valota Road from Redwood Avenue to <br /> <br />Woodside Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />consideration <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, has determined that <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />plan <br /> <br />lines <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />no <br /> <br />longer <br /> <br />necessary <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />(D <br />en <br />C) <br />~ <br />A <br />..þ,. <br />c.,.,) <br />..þ,. <br /> <br />protection of the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Redwood City, in accordance <br /> <br />with the Planning Commission's recommendation, hereby finds that <br /> <br />the hereinafter described plan lines on Valota Road from Redwood <br /> <br />Avenue <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Woodside <br /> <br />Road <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />unnecessary <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />present <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />prospective public purposes and hereby orders said plan lines <br /> <br />abandoned. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4318 entitled, "Resolution Establishing <br /> <br />Official <br /> <br />Plan <br /> <br />Lines <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />Valota <br /> <br />Road <br /> <br />From <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />Avenue <br /> <br />to <br />
