FXS: dmp n~/07/95 (050/38) <br /> 3-13-95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12435 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR THE <br /> REMODELING, USE AND OPERATION OF SHARED FACILITIES <br /> <br /> (FAIR OAKS BRANCH LIBRARY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE County of San Mateo ("County"), is proposing to <br />develop certain facilities for the Human Services Agency - Income <br />Maintenance Offices on property owned by the County and located <br />adjacent to the Fair Oaks Branch Library ("the "Facilities"); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County and the City of Redwood City desire to <br />remodel, use, operate and maintain the Facilities for the <br />respective benefits of the County Human Services Agency - Income <br /> <br />Maintenance Offices and the Fair Oaks Branch Library; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Common Use/Shared Facility <br />License Agreement", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and the County <br />of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of California, <br />for the remodeling, use, operation and maintenance of Facilities <br />for the benefit of the County Human Services Agency - Income <br />Maintenance Offices and the City Fair Oaks Branch Library, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
