DES:djk nq/07/95 (094/39) <br /> <br /> --0 R I G I N A L ~/13/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12431 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> BROADWAY CLOCK TOWER AND PLAZA - HAMILTON STREET <br /> IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Broadway Clock Tower and <br />Plaza - Hamilton Street Improvements Project, Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br />Documents for the Broadway Clock Tower and Plaza - Hamilton <br />Street Improvements - City of Redwood City, California", prepared <br />by the Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, <br />a copy of which documents are on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
