6.4.A. - Page 3 <br /> ATTACHMENT1 <br /> SUCCESSOR AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING A SECOND AMENDED <br /> ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO <br /> AB 1X 26 <br /> WHEREAS, in compliance with AB 1X 26, enacted by the California State <br /> Legislature and signed by the Governor as part of the 2011-2012 State budget, the <br /> Redwood City Redevelopment Agency adopted an Enforceable Obligation Payment <br /> Schedule ("EOPS") to allow the Agency to make payments on debts and obligations <br /> listed on the EOPS on January 23, 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, Health and Safety Code Section 34169, added as part of AB 1X 26, <br /> allows that the EOPS may be amended at any public meeting of the Redevelopment <br /> Agency or the Successor Agency thereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City as the Successor Agency to the Redwood <br /> City Redevelopment Agency amended the EOPS on February 27, 2012 to include all of <br /> the current enforceable obligations of the Successor Agency; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City as the Successor Agency to the Redwood <br /> City Redevelopment Agency desires to further amend the EOPS to include additional <br /> items that have recently been identified, to make reclassifications to clarify certain line <br /> items, and to correct minor errors to reflect all of the current enforceable obligations of <br /> the Successor Agency; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Recitals The Recitals set forth above are true and correct and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Section 2. Amendment of EOPS. The City of Redwood City as the <br /> Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency hereby amends the <br /> Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule, as set forth in the Second Amended <br /> Enforceable Obligations Payment Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A("Second <br /> Amended EOPS"), as authorized by Health and Safety Code Section 34169. <br /> Section 3. Postinq; Transmittal to Appropriate Aqencies. The City Clerk is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to post a copy of the Second Amended EOPS on the <br /> City's website. The City Clerk is further authorized and directed to transmit, by mail or <br /> electronic means, to the San Mateo County Auditor-Controller, the State Controller and <br /> ATTY/RES0.2223/SECOND AMENDED EOPS <br /> REV:04-05-12 VR <br />
