6.4.A. - Page 15 <br /> Section 3. Postinq; Transmittal to Appropriate Aqencies. The City Clerk is <br /> authorized and directed to transmit the Amended Initial ROPS, by mail or electronic <br /> means to the Oversight Board immediately upon approval by the Successor Agency. <br /> In addition, the Amended Initial ROPS shall be transmitted by mail or electronic means <br /> to the San Mateo County Auditor-Controller, the State Controller and the Department of <br /> Finance by April 15, 2012. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to post a <br /> copy of the certified and approved Amended Initial ROPS on the City's website by April <br /> 15, 2012. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date. This resolution takes effect upon adoption.
