DES:djk ~q/03/95 (091/39) <br /> 9RIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12427 3/13/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT <br /> SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> (OVERSTREET & ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a management <br />facilitator to examine team development and customer service <br />standards for the Department of Community Development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the development and implementation of <br />team work and customer service standards for said Department as <br />part of its goals and objectives; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Overstreet and Associates of San Jose, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br /> <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Organizational Development and Management Services" (form dated <br />03/01/95), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and Overstreet & <br />Associates, for the performance of the abovementioned services, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
