DES:djk 0q/01/95 (089/39) <br /> <br />· ~l~ R I G I N A L -3/13/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12426 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF VENTANA <br /> DEL MAR UNIT NO. 1, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br /> TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br /> dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Ventana <br /> Del Mar Unit No. 1", prepared by RMR Design Group, Civil <br /> Engineers, consultants for Legacy - Redwood Shores L.P., a <br /> California limited partnership, the owners of record of said <br /> subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br /> and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Ventana Del Mar Unit No. 1", (form dated <br /> 03/01/95) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br /> required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br /> <br />
