DES:djk 0~/03/95 (092/39) <br /> FXS:rg ~ ~03/95 <br /> -- 1~/01/95R <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 3/13/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12425 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 94-5 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br />94-5 (1603 Broadway) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br />Herbert Frahm, Civil Engineer, for Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a <br />Pennsylvania corporation, the owner of record of said <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br />conforming to the tentative parcel map for said subdivision, is <br />approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvements for Parcel Map <br /> No. 94-5" (form dated 03/03/95), wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br /> provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />
