Place three barricades at the Warren Street entrance to the building's surface
parking lot, including signage indicating "No Farmers Market Parking —
Subject to Towing" (signage supplements the existing signage placed there
by the property owner)
b. Place a barricade at the building's underground garage entrance, with a sign
indicating "No Farmers Market Parking"
19. Vendor booths and vendor vehicles shall be arranged and laid out, to the extent feasible,
in a manner to encourage the pedestrian flow in the street in front of the vendor booths,
and to minimize pedestrian access to the private property at 500 Arguello Street.
20. Market manager will periodically monitor the private property at 500 Arguello Street,
particularly the stairs and entrance area to the building, to discourage patrons from sitting
or loitering in that area.
21. As part of the daily cleanup of the market area, the market manager will check the private
property area and remove any debris, litter, spills, or stains left as a result of the market
activity.
22.
