F. Ailey Trees The city will provide and install at least fifteen 24 -inch box trees in tree wells at Property line intersections — city will own and maintain the trees p lanted in the Ailey. G. Reconstruction of Alley Pavement and Storm Drainage City will reconstruct the Alley pavement and the storm drainage immediately behind the Property. H. Rolison Road . Although the project frontage on the Alley is very important to the success of the project, Rolison Road frontage will also provide significant visual access to the project. on street parking on Rolison must be retained. since Rolison Road is a long, straight, freeway frontage road bordered by a soundwall, it requires visual softening and traffic calming. The existing sidewalk and street trees on Rolison Road are in poor condition. a. sidewalk Relocation - Habitat will remove landscape strip, relocate sidewalk to curb edge, and design and bid the improvements in the public right of way b. construct New sidewalk - Habitat to design and complete installation of new sidewalk. City will own and maintain the relocated sidewalk, curb and gutter after installation. C. Install Fingers - Habitat will design and install (labor and materials) 15 fingers, to allover two cars to park between the fingers. City will own and maintain the "fingers ". HOA will weed and provide ongoing water to landscaping located in fingers. HOA will own and maintain irrigation system. - d. street Trees - city will provide and install at least 15 24 -inch box "street trees" in landscape "fingers ". Trees will be owned and maintained by city. e. Irrigation system - Habitat shall design and installation (labor and materials) the irrigation system to the street trees in landscaped "fingers ". HOA to provide ongoing water supply to trees. HOA will weed fingers and provide street cleaning. to area between fingers and move debris onto the street for pick up by City's street cleaning equipment. f.
