(2) The HABITAT agrees to permit access to his records of <br />employment, employment advertisements, application forms, and other p ertinent <br />data and records by the state Fair Employment Practices Commission, or an <br />other AGENCY of the state of California designated by the awarding authority, <br />for the purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the Fair <br />Employment Practices section of this contract. <br />D. Nondiscrimination Based on Disability. <br />HABITAT hereby agrees that it will comply with the provisions of Section 504 of <br />the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, providing equal access and <br />reasonable accommodations in employment programs and services to p ersons <br />who are disabled. I . <br />E. - Interest of Public officials. <br />No members, officers, employees, or agents of the CITY, or AGENCY-and no <br />member of the CITY council or Board member, and no other public official who <br />p <br />exercises any function or responsibility with respect to this Agreement or <br />HABITAT's Program his or his tenure, or for one year thereafter, shall <br />have any interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related subcontract or <br />the proceeds thereof. HABITAT shall incorporate in -all subcontracts hereunder a <br />provision prohibiting such interest. <br />F. Religious Activity Prohibited <br />Those shall be no religious worship, instruction, or proselytizing as art of <br />Yt g p = or in <br />connection with, the performance of this Agreement. <br />G. Uniform Administration Requirements. <br />HABITAT shall comply with the requirements and standards of the HOME <br />Investment Partnership Regulations, OMB Circular A -122 Cost Principles .g c pies for <br />Non - Profit organizations, OMB Circular A -110 attachments A, B, C, F, H N and <br />s i <br />o, and all other federal, state, and local laws, regulations and requirements, as <br />applicable. <br />S.
