(b) Section 3(c)(3) is hereby deleted in its entirety. The former Section 3(c) <br /> (3) required a minimum household of five (5) members. <br /> 4. Severabilitv. <br /> If any term or provision of this Amendment is found by a court of competent jurisdiction <br /> to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severed from this Amendment and all <br /> other terms and provisions of this Amendment shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect. <br /> 5. Counterparts. <br /> This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be <br /> deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall constitute but one and the same <br /> instrument. <br /> 6. California Law. <br /> This Amendment is to be construed and enforced in accordance with the internal laws, <br /> and not the law of conflicts, of the State of California. <br /> 7.
