DES:dft ~'08/95 (051/38) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Redwood City <br />Art Center" (form dated 3/8/95) by and between the Redwood City <br />Art Center, a California non-profit corporation, LCL Associates, <br />Inc., a California corporation, jointly and severally, and the <br />City of Redwood City providing for a grant not to exceed Four <br />Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500) to said Art Center, <br />subject to reimbursement, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said agreement, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
