It shouldn’t be a problem we should just place a note in the file that it should be 1420 not 1402; no need to change the agreement and send back for signatures.
The minute order and the staff report have the correct address, we should be okay.

We had a couple minutes to research and this is what we think is going on,
however, conclusions should be verified by your office and City Attorney.
Clerk took responsibility for processing this agreement in April.
There’s a typo in the agreement document and the address appears as “1402” rather than “1420”.
The SCAI spreadsheet lists this activity as “1428” rather than “1420”.
Clerk will communicate with City Attorney’s office regarding.

,�R��r�NAL <br /> LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND <br /> THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into as ��day of � <br /> 2012 (the "Effective Date"), by and belween THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a chart city <br /> and municipal corporation of the State of California ("CITY"), and THE COUNTY O SAN <br /> MATEO, a political subdivision of the State of California ("COUNTY"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. CITY owns certain undeveloped real property commonly known as 1402 Maple Street, <br /> Redwood City, Califomia, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference ("City Property"). <br /> B. COUNTY owns property on Chemical Way immediately south of the City Properly <br /> ("County Property") and intends to construct a County jail facility thereon. <br /> C. COUNTY is in the planning stages for implementing its County jail construction project. <br /> D. During construction of the County jail facility, COUNTY desires to use the City Property <br /> for storage and staging purposes. <br /> E. CITY has committed a small portion of the City Property for use by another party; <br /> however, a large portion of the City Property remains unused. <br /> F. In consideration for the use of the City Property, CITY seeks to participate in the exterior <br /> design of the County jail facility so as to assure the improvements on the County <br /> Properry are consistent with CITY's vision for development of the surrounding area <br /> commonly referred to as the "Inner Harbor Area." <br /> G. CITY has determined that this temporary use provides a common benefit by facilitating <br /> the construction of the County jail facility, expediting the construction efforts, saving <br /> public funds and thereby enabling development of better improvements on the County <br /> Property, and allowing CITY to be involved in the exterior design of the County jail <br /> facility. <br /> H. CITY is willing to provide to COUNTY a license to use a portion of the City Property for <br /> storage and staging purposes during construction of its Counry jail facility, all on the <br /> terms set forth herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> DEFINITIONS <br /> "Exterior design" refers to the design of the exterior of the County jail facility, including building <br /> exterior, point of access, and landscape design. This term specifically excludes any design <br /> elements that relate to the functionality or operability of the County jail facility.
