He mentioned that in the past this area was reserved for staff vehicles but <br /> these vehicles have been moved to the Marshall Street parking structure. One Council <br /> Member thanked staff and the City Manager for allowing more members of the public to <br /> patronize the shops and park in this area. Mayor Aguirre also thanked staff and the City <br /> Manager for making this possible. <br /> Mayor Aguirre opened the public hearing.
