DES:djk ~/21/95 (083/39) <br /> <br /> ~ R I G I N A L ~6/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12421 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES - SEAPORT <br /> CENTRE AND AREA "A" STORMWATER PUMPING STATIONS TANK <br /> REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> (KENNEDY/JENKS CONSULTANTS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to remove and <br /> replace the existing underground diesel storage tanks at the <br /> Seaport Centre and Area "A" Stormwater Pumping Stations with an <br /> aboveground diesel storage facility at each site in the City of <br /> Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants of Palo Alto, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Engineering Services - Seaport Centre and Area "A" <br />Stormwater Pumping Stations Tank Removal and Replacement Project" <br />(form dated 02/21/95), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Kennedy/ <br />Jenks Consultants, for the performance of the above-mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br /> <br />
