DES:djk ~/23/95 (086/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/27/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12418 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR VOICE/DATA CABLING FOR THE <br /> TEMPORARY CITY HALL FACILITY; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br />solicited for Voice/Data Cabling for the Temporary City Hall <br />Facility in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation two bids were <br />received for the performance of said work and filed with the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bass Telecom, Inc. of Stockton, California, is the <br />lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to accept said bid of Bass Telecom, Inc; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Bass Telecom, Inc., in the amount of <br />Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-two and 63/100 Dollars <br />($13,792.63), computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal <br />dated February 21, 1995, for Voice/Data Cabling for the Temporary <br />City Hall Facility in the City of Redwood City, is hereby <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br />lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br />02/23/95) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and Bass Telecom, Inc., <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br /> <br />
