DES:djk 0~/22/95 (082/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/27/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12417 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br /> AGREEMENT FOR MODULAR OFFICE BUILDING RELATING TO CITY <br /> HALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br /> (MOBILE MODULAR MANAGEMENT CORPORATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement dated February 22, 1995 entitled, <br />"Lease Agreement", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Mobile <br />Modular Management Corporation, providing for the leasing of a <br />modular building for temporary office purposes during <br />construction of the new City Hall, a copy of which lease <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said lease agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
