FXS:dmp ~ ~2/95 (047/38) <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Between the City <br />of Redwood City and Metropolitan Fiber Systems of California, <br />Inc. for the Construction, Installation, Maintenance and Repair <br />of Fiber Optic Cables and Related Facilities Within the Public <br />Right-of-Way" (form dated 2/21/95R), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />and Metropolitan Fiber Systems of California, Inc., granting <br />authorization to Metropolitan Fiber Systems of California, Inc., <br />for the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of <br />fiber optic cables and related facilities within the public <br />right-of-way, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> * * * <br /> <br /> <br />
