DES:djk 02/09/95 (116/34) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/2?/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12413 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE 1994- <br /> 1995 WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1994-1995 Waterline <br />Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the 1994-1995 Waterline Replacement Project - Engineering <br />Division - City of Redwood City, CA 94063", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br />of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hefeinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
