DON COURT) <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of Edgewood Road <br /> (formerly Whipple Road) said point also being.the westerly corner <br /> of Lot 3, as said Road and Lot are shown on that certain map <br /> entitled "Tract No. 549 Pinecrest Manor, San Mateo County, <br /> California" recorded May 23, 1946 in Volume 25 of Maps at page <br />55, San Mateo County Recorder's Office, said point also being a <br />point in the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City as <br />established by ordinance No. 1413 passed and adopted on August 4, <br />1969; Thence from said Point of Beginning, southeasterly along <br />said corporate line and the southwesterly line of Lot 3, 145' to <br />the southerly corner of said Lot and a point in the boundary of <br />the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District as established by <br />Resolution No. 47739 passed and adopted on February 4, 1986; <br />Thence northeasterly, leaving said corporate line and along said <br />district boundary and 5he southeasterly line of said Lot 3 and <br />continuing along its northeasterly prolongation 122 feet more or <br />less to a point in northeasterly line of Don Court as shown on <br />said map, said point also being a point in the boundary of the <br />Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by <br />Resolution No. 10800 passed and adopted on August 7, 1956; Thence <br />leaving said Oak Knoll Sewer District boundaries, North 44° 47' <br />44" West 125.82 feet continuing along said northeasterly line of <br />Don Court and said districu boundary (Res. #10800) to an arc <br />curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 20.00 feet a <br />central angle of 87° 35' 44", an arc length of 30.57 feet uo a <br />point in the southwesterly line of said Edgewood Road and a point <br />of cusp; Thence from said point of cusp leaving said district <br />boundary and northeasterly line of Don Court and continuing along <br />the southeasterly line of Edgewood Road, South 42° 48' West <br />90.08 feet to a point of tangency in the Northwesterly line of <br />said Lot 3; Thence South 42° 48' West 51.01 feet along said <br />northwesterly line to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />File No 22/4395 <br /> <br />f:\user_=\common\drafting\behrens.crh Rev.
