Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 hereof, that <br />portion of Cedar Street more particularly described in and <br />depicted on Exhibit "A" (attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference), is hereby vacated. <br /> <br /> 3. The vacation hereinabove ordered shall not be effective <br />unless the conditions set forth in Attachment A (attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference) shall have been satisfied <br />within one (1) year from the date of adoption hereof, and the <br />City Clerk is hereby directed not to file this resolution with <br />the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo until said <br />conditions have been satisfied; but upon satisfaction of said <br />conditions the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />submit a certified copy of this resolution to said Recorder for <br />recordation. <br /> <br /> <br />
