A TTACttMEJVT "4" <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS FOR THE VACATION OF CEDAR STREET <br /> NORTHEAST OF STAMBA UGH STREET <br /> <br />1. A Public Service Easement 10' wide by 97.17' long will be retained over the <br /> southeasterly side of the vacated area. The applicant shall provide a plat map and legal <br /> description of the public service easement. <br /> <br />2. Plans shall be prepared by a Civil Engineer showing all improvements to the property <br /> including all offsite work (curb, gutters, sidewalk and driveway, along Stambaugh <br /> Street in front of property) to the satisfaction of the City's Engineering Division. The <br /> applicant shall submit an Engineer's Estimate for all offsite work, apply for a <br /> construction permit, pay all fees, and furnish all security and insurance required by the <br /> City's Engineering Division.. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall complete the construction of the improvements within one year <br /> from the approval date of the Resolution to Provisionally Vacate. If the applicant does <br /> not complete the construction of the improvements, the City of Redwood City shall <br /> have the authority to use the security to complete the construction. <br /> <br />4. A parcel map shall be prepared showing the new lot which will include the existing lot <br /> and the vacated street, and the map shall be recorded in the office of San Mateo <br /> County Recorder. All fees shall be paid by the owner. The deeds from the adjacent <br /> property owners shall be submitted to the City and recorded concurrently with the <br /> parcel map. <br /> <br /> c/wi~lib/reports/lowell/¢edatlch <br /> <br /> <br />
