Such contract labor will be charged at regular Schedule of Charges rotes. Litigation Expert testimony in depositions, hearings, mediation, and trials will be charged at 200% of the Support above rates. Travel Time Travel time will be charged at regular hourly rates, for actual time involved (8-hour maximum). A finance charge of 1.5 percent per month, or the maximum amount allowed by law, will be charged on past-due accounts.
