DES:djk ~/23/95R (069/39) <br /> DES;djk _/23/95RR <br /> <br />within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit C <br />for the designated steps thereof. <br /> <br /> 4. Employees granted part-time appointments to positions <br />in the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire Fighter- <br />Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibits A, B and C <br />hereof, shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance <br />with the salary rates set forth in said Exhibits for the periods <br />therein designated. <br /> <br /> 5. Resolution No. 12246 entitled, "Resolution Establishing <br />a Salary Schedule and Wage Plan for the Positions of Fire <br />Fighter, Fire Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain of the City of <br />Redwood City; and Rescinding Resolution No. 11786", adopted July <br />18, 1994, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> 6. This resolution shall be effective on the date of its <br />adoption; provided, however, that the provisions of paragraph 1 <br />shall be operative retroactively from December 26, 1994 and the <br />provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 shall be operative from and <br />after January 1, 1996 and January 6, 1997, respectively. <br /> <br /> <br />
