Manage and direct the project team consisting of CONSULTANT's staff and <br /> CONSULTANT's sub-consultants. The task shall include reviewing work <br /> progress, scheduling work assignments, allocating resources, and preparing and <br /> reviewing invoices. <br /> 2. Pertorm QA/QC reviews and audits of the design process per consultant's <br /> procedures. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Monthly invoices and status reports <br /> 2. Meeting agendas and minutes <br /> Task 4.1: Additional Construction Services <br /> Description: <br /> 3. Review shop drawings, request for information (RFI), change order requests, and <br /> change order cost estimate <br /> 4. Prepare Record Drawings from Contractor's red line makeups and limited TJCAA <br /> field observations <br /> Responsibilities: <br /> 1.
