PRIORITY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN UNITS DESIGNED <br /> AS ADAPTABLE <br /> <br />Within each development where First Time Home Buyer assistance is provided, <br />priority for units designed for wheelchair accessibility will be for persons who are <br />wheelchair users (after income, residency/employment criteria is established), then <br />will be made available to non-disabled persons of 2 to 4 persons in two bedroom units, <br />then to 5 or more persons in 3 bedroom units after income eligibility is established. <br /> <br /> <br />
