persons with disabilities will be made for the Wyndham Place project in accordance with Title <br />XXIV of the Unifoxm Building Code and the Americans with Disabilities Act. <br /> <br />Six units will be reserved for households earning at or below 80% of the median income for <br />San Mateo County and the remaining units will be available to persons at or below 100% of <br />the median income. The 3 units designed for accessibility will be marketed to persons with <br />disabilities and may be included in the units to be assisted financially to further modify the <br />units to their specific disability if the applicants are HOME or CDBG eligibIe. <br /> <br />B. MARKETING PLAN: <br /> <br /> 1. Eligible Buyers- Criteria <br /> <br /> All buyers shall be required to meet the following requirements: <br /> <br /> a) Each and every buyer must be a first time homebuyer as defined in <br /> the Program Description. <br /> <br /> b) The total household income must not exceed the limits desig~tated in <br /> Part III of the Program Description. <br /> <br /> c) Each and every buyer must agree to live in the unit as their Principal <br /> residence. <br /> <br /> d) The maximum subsidy allowed under the HOME Program is $110,000 <br /> for two bedroom units and $134,650 for three bedroom units. <br /> <br /> 2. Buyers Selection Priorities <br /> <br /> It is anticipated that the potential buyers will exceed the number of units being <br /> developed. In an effort to assure fairness in buyer selection, as well as assuring <br /> implementation of the City's program objectives, potential buyers will be processed in <br /> an order of priorities. Six units will be reserved for households earning at or below <br /> 80% of the median income for San Mateo County and the remaining units will be <br /> available to persons at or below 100% of the median income. The 3 units designed for <br /> accessibility will be marketed to persons with disabilities and may be included in the <br /> units to be assisted financially to further modify the units to their specific disability if <br /> the applicants are HOME or CDBG eligible. The remaining units in the Wyndham <br /> Place Project are targeted to households with incomes at 100 - 120% of median <br /> income for San Mateo County. <br /> <br /> <br />
