EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Demolition of In-ground Swimming Pool <br /> at Main Street Apartments, 1306 Main St., Redwood City <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> Demolition, disposal, and infill of the in-ground swimming pool at Main Street <br /> Apartments located at 1306 Main Street in Redwood City. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Demolition, disposal, and infill of the in-ground swimming pool at 1306 Main <br /> Street. <br /> Contractor shall: <br /> 1. Cap and/or plug existing underground utilities; <br /> 2. Demolish and dispose of concrete pool and deck; <br /> 3. Demolish and dispose of wood pool cover; <br /> 4. Demolish and dispose of wood fence; <br /> 5. Backfill and rough grade excavated area with clean import material <br /> consisting of either native soil, or recycled class 2 AB topped by at least 3 <br /> feet of soil; <br /> 6. Provide dust control to include watering; and <br /> 7.
