The owner of said building is hereby directed to <br /> abate said public nuisance within thirty (30) days from the <br /> date of adoption of this resolution by having said building and <br /> appurtenances properly reconstructed or repaired, or by razing <br /> or removing said building. <br /> <br /> 4. By certified copy hereof, the owner of said building <br /> is hereby notified that unless said owner abates said nuisance <br /> within the aforementioned thirty (30)-day period, said building <br /> will be razed or removed by the City and all expenses thereof <br /> shall be made a lien on the property in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Section 9.8 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> <br /> 5. The Building Official is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to post a copy of this resolution conspicuously on the <br /> building condemned hereby, and to mail a certified copy thereof <br /> to the person named as the owner thereof on the last equalized <br /> assessment roll maintained by the County Assessor, County of <br /> San Mateo and thereafter said Building Official shall file <br /> his/her affidavit with the City Clerk certifying to the time <br /> and manner of posting a copy of said resolution and as to the <br /> mailing thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
