If written protests represent a majority of affected parcels, the city Council will not <br /> increase the rates as a matter of law. <br /> If you wish to file a written protest, please send a letter in a sealed envelope addressed to Water and <br /> Sewer Rates, City Clerk, City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063.Your <br /> letter must identify the real property you own or occupy by service address or assessor's parcel number. <br /> Your letter must be legibly signed by any one of the current property owners or rate-paying customers <br /> on record. Only one protest per parcel will be counted.
