This does nof <br /> include s�raws, utensils, or cup lids nor does it include disposable packaging for <br /> unprepared foads. <br /> {b} "Food vendor° means any �endor, business, organizafion, entity, gro�p or <br /> individual, inciuding a licensed refiai� food establishment�hat pro�ides prepared <br /> food at a re#ail le�el. <br /> (c) "Polysfyrene-based" means and includes ex�ar�ded polystyrene, which is a <br /> #hermo�fastic petrochemical materia[ ufi[izing a styrene monomer and processed <br /> by any num�er of techniques including , �uf not limited #o fusion of paiymer <br /> spheres (expandable bead polystyrene}, injecfion malding, form mo[ding, and <br /> extrusion-blow malding (e�ruded foam polystyrene).
