FXS:dft [1/95 (037/38) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 1/16/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12392 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND BIDDING <br /> DOCUMENTS FOR LAND CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF THE <br /> EMERALD LAKE HILLS WATER TANK PROPERTY FOR A <br /> COMMUNICATION SITE; AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain lease agreement entitled, "Lease Agreement <br />- Communications Site," (the "Lease Agreement") and those certain <br />bid documents relative thereto, consisting of Notice to Bidders, <br />Instructions to Bidders, and Proposal, a copy of which is on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise the lease of the premises described in the Lease <br />Agreement in accordance with Section 3½ of the Charter of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
