wXS:dft 1~ %2/94 (036/38) <br /> FXS :dft l~ri9/94R <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 1/16/95 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12389 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ACQUISITION, RELOCATION AND <br /> PERSONAL PROPERTY APPRAISAL SERVICES - JEFFERSON <br /> UNDERPASS <br /> <br /> (CUTLER & ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires acquisition, <br />relocation and personal property appraisal services in connection <br />with the potential acquisition of properties for the construction <br />of the Jefferson Underpass (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional acquisition, relocation and personal <br />property appraisal services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Cutler & Associates, Inc. of Cameron Park, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Acquisition, <br />Relocation and Personal Property Appraisal Relocation Services <br />(Jefferson Underpass)" (form dated 12/21/94R), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Cutler & Associates, Inc., for the performance of <br />the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br /> <br /> <br />
