DES:djk ~/07/94 (053/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 1/16/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12388 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 021 UNDER MASTER AGREEMENT FOR <br /> LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL-AID FOR URBAN TRANSPORTATION <br /> SYSTEM PROJECTS FOR SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS AND <br /> CHANNELIZATION AT HEREIN DESIGNATED STREET <br /> INTERSECTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City entered into a Master <br />Agreement for Federal-Aid Program on October 3, 1977 pursuant to <br />the Federal-Aid For Urban System Projects with the State of <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of <br />Article II of the aforementioned agreement, this Council seeks <br />funding for transportation system repairs to improve safety by <br />elimination of fixed objects, signal modifications, and/or <br />channelization at the intersections of Veterans Boulevard/Walnut <br />Street and Middlefield Road/Charter Street in the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 021 to the aforementioned <br />agreement providing for the aforesaid funding has been presented <br /> <br />to, and reviewed by, this Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Program Supplement No. 021 to the Master Agreement for <br />Federal-Aid Program entered into by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and the State of California, Department of <br />Transportation, on October 3, 1977, in the form of Exhibit "A" <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br /> <br /> <br />
