DES:djk !2/07/94 (54/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 12/19/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12382 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE ROLISON <br /> AREA STREET LIGHT ADDITIONS PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Rolison Area Street <br />Light Additions Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the Rolison Area Street Light Additions - City of Redwood <br />City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
