DES:djk ~9/07/94 (55/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 12/19/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12381 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE TWIN <br /> DOLPHIN DRIVE/SHORELINE DRIVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> INSTALLATION PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Twin Dolphin Drive/ <br />Shoreline Drive Traffic Signal Installation Project, Redwood <br />City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the Twin Dolphin Drive/Shoreline Drive Traffic Signal <br />Installation Project - City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering <br />Division, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
