and that if the County, City and their respective officers, employees have other insurance against the loss covered by such a policy, such other insurance shall be excess insurance only. In the event of the breach of any provision of this section, or in the event any notice is received which indicates any required insurance coverage will be diminished or canceled, the County of San Mateo at its option, may, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, immediately declare a material breach of this Agreement and suspend all further work to this Agreement. 9. PARTIES PROVISION OF FUNDING.. FACILITIES: AND SERVICES a. Each of the Parties shall contribute the following sums: the County of San Mateo, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00), and the City of Redwood City, thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) and the Redwood City School District fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) annually to support the work of the Redwood City Healthy Start Network. It is understood that the City of Redwood City is contributing an additional $20,000 to the Redwood City Healthy Start Network from the Human Services Financial Assistance Funds. These funds shall be disbursed to the Redwood City School District under a separate contract. The parties acknowledge that they have deposited said amounts for the fiscal year July 1, 1998 - June 30, 1999. b. The Redwood City School District is authorized to receive money on behalf of the Redwood City Healthy Start Network and deposit same into a special deposit account in the Redwood City School District's General Fund. The money received on behalf of the Redwood City Healthy Start Network shall be dispersed as requested by the Redwood City Healthy Start Network Director in writing, subject to administrative procedures of the District. c. At no time shall the District be under any obligation to disperse money to the Redwood City Healthy Start Network in excess of the money on deposit. The parties acknowledge that money received by the District will not be available for dispersement for three (3) business days after the funds have been deposited by the District, or for a longer period, as deemed appropriate by District's Finance Director. d. The County, and the City agree to transfer to District, their initial contributions in the amount of; County, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00), and City, thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00), within sixty days of the date of the execution of this Agreement.
