· _ FXS: dft 11, _~/94 (029/38) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 12/12/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12374 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF A 10' LANDSCAPE BUFFER <br /> ON THE EAST SIDE OF SANDPIPER PARK <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br /> 10' Landscape Buffer On The East Side of Sandpiper Park", by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br /> State of California and Greystone Homes Inc. ("Pe~mittee"), <br /> <br /> granting to said Permittee the non-exclusive use of a 10' <br /> Landscape Buffer for the sole purpose of cultivating and <br /> maintaining said 10' Landscape Buffer subject to the terms and <br /> <br /> conditions ~tated therein, a copy of which permit is on file in <br /> the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the <br /> City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
