DES:djk ~/23/94 (049/39) <br /> <br />entitled "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted <br />December 16, 1991, which plans and specifications are on file in <br />the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted <br />as the plans and specifications according to which the <br />above-mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Stratford Bay Unit No. 1", (form dated 11/23/94), a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4. All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> <br />
