DES:dft 11'~0/94 (033/38) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, if this City's application for grant funding is <br />approved, the City shall comply with all requirements of the <br />Environmental Enhancement and Mitigation Demonstration Program as <br />implemented by the Resources Agency including, but not limited <br />to, execution of such contracts or related documentation as may <br /> <br />be necessary or appropriate in pursuance thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain Grant Proposal and Application, prepared <br />by the Department of General Services of the City of Redwood <br />City, for an Environmental Enhancement and Mitigation <br />Demonstration Program Fund grant in the amount of Sixty-Five <br />Thousand and Two Hundred Dollars ($65,200), for the Project, a <br />copy of which application and proposal is on file with the <br />Director of General Services, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said application and proposal for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. The Director of General Services is hereby authorized <br />and directed to submit said application and proposal, together <br />with a certified copy of this resolution and such other <br />supporting documentation as may be appropriate, to the Resources <br />Agency, State of California. <br /> <br /> 3. Upon approval of the grant application authorized <br />hereunder, the City Manager is hereby further authorized and <br />directed to execute such agreements, payment requests or other <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
