DES:dj'' 11/10/94 (045/39) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL - <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12369 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br /> (SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Landscape <br />Maintenance Services" (form dated 9/21/94R), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and the South Bayside System Authority, a public <br />entity, for the performance by City of landscape maintenance <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
